On the descent into Zanzibar, notice the crystal clear waters with traditional dhows still plying their trade.

The airport is the major airport of Zanzibar Archipelago and it’s located about 7 Km south of the city centre on Unguja Island. The airport has two terminals domestic and international. You’ll find a range of transport options at the arrivals area for transfer to the city center or your hotel. You can take a taxi or pre-book your airport transfer with your hotel for pickup when you arrive.
